消抗灵Ⅰ号方治疗免疫性复发性流产的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对消抗灵I号方治疗免疫性复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)进行临床疗效研究,并探析和阐释该方的相关作用机理。方法采用自身治疗前后对照法,纳入符合标准的50例免疫性RSA患者,均给予消抗灵I号方口服,45 d为1个疗程,观察患者血清抗体各项指标的转阴情况、中医证候积分改变和妊娠成功率。对未转阴者进行第2个疗程治疗,治疗后对各项指标再进行对比。结果治疗1个疗程后总体转阴率为80%,2个疗程后达96%;对停药半年内妊娠者进行追踪随访,50例患者共妊娠45例,妊娠至20周以上未发生自然流产者有42例,胎儿三维超声检查均未发现胎儿发育畸形,成功妊娠率为84%。结论消抗灵I号治疗免疫性RSA患者的血清阳性抗体效果显著,并可提高妊娠成功率,因此,消抗灵是治疗免疫性RSA患者的有效方药,也为中医药治疗免疫性疾病提供了一定的参考依据。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of xiaokangling No.1 on immunological recurrent spontaneous abortion(IRSA) and explore the effect mechanism of the formula.Methods The self-comparison was done before and after treatment.50 IRSA patients,in compliance with the inclusive criteria were collected and treated with xiaokangling No.1 for oral administration,45 days as one session.The negative reversion of each serum antibody index,TCM syndrome score and pregnancy successful rate were observed.The second session of treatment was given for the cases failure of negative reversion.The indexes were compared after treatment.Results After 1 session of treatment,the total negative reversion was 80% and increased to 96% after 2 sessions of treatment.In follow-up visit of the patients with medicinal discontinuity for a half of year,of 50 cases,45 cases were pregnant,42 cases had mischarge in over 20 weeks of pregnancy.No case of fetus deformity was found in three-dimensional ultrasound test.The successful pregnancy rate was84%.Conclusion Xiaokangling No.1 achieves the significant effects on positive serum antibody in IRSA patients and improves pregnancy successful rate.It is the effective formula in the treatment of IRSA,which provides the reference and evidence for the treatment of immunological disorders with TCM.
