用腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法 :将2014年1月~2016年1月期间我院收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者分为联合组与非联合组,每组各有30例患者。对非联合组患者进行腹腔镜手术治疗,对联合组患者在进行腹腔镜手术的基础上加用GnRH-α进行治疗。治疗结束后,观察对比两组患者治疗的总有效率、病情的复发率及受孕率。结果 :联合组患者治疗的总有效率与受孕率均明显高于非联合组患者,其病情的复发率明显低于非联合组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α对子宫内膜异位症患者进行治疗可显著提高其治疗的效果与受孕率,降低其病情的复发率。Objective Discuss and analyses of curative effect of therapy of laparoscopic combined with GnRH-alpha for endometriosis. Methods Select endometriosis patients from our hospital treated during January 2014 to January 2016 for 60 cases as the research object, divided 60 cases into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treat control group with laparoscopic,treat experimental group therapy of laparoscopic combined with GnRH – alpha. Compare effective rates, recurrence rates and pregnancy rates of two groups. Results Effective rate and pregnancy rate of experimental group are higher than control group, but recurrence rate of experimental group is lower than control group,discrepancy of two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treat endometriosis with therapy of laparoscopic combined with GnRH – alpha can raise effective rate and pregnancy rate, and decrease recurrence rate of endometriosis patients.
