摘　　要：《共产党宣言》作为人类思想史上第一部科学社会主义的纲领性文件和马克思主义诞生的宣言,不仅是对马克思主义的一次全面系统的阐述,而且是无产阶级探寻人类解放道路上的一面旗帜。当前我国正处在深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的新时期,重读《共产党宣言》,深入挖掘其文化思想,对中国特色社会主义文化建设具有重要的理论和实践价值。As the first programmatic documents in the history of human thought of scientific socialism and the declaration of the birth Marxism, The Communist Manifesto not only described a comprehensive system of theory of Marxism but also explored the proletariat as the banner of human liberation on the road. Currently, our country is in the new period of deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the development and prosperity of socialist culture. To reread the Communist Manifesto and explore its cultural thought has important theoretical and practical value to the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
