研究型中医医院教学管理的探讨

摘　　要：研究型中医医院建设是中医药传承发展、创新发展、科学发展的重要组成部分,教学工作是研究型中医医院的基本职能和特色优势。探讨在推进研究型中医医院建设过程中,教学对基于临床需求的科研创新能力形成的作用,分析研究型中医医院的教学职能,提出研究型中医医院应以创新教学理念和优化教学环境为着力点的教学管理思路。阐述了研究型中医医院教学管理须坚持以继承为主线,以发展为核心,以创新为动力的基本原则。The building of research-based TCM hospitals is an important part in TCM inheritance development, innovative development and scientific development, and teaching works are basic function, predominance and characteristics in research-based TCM hospitals. In the process of building research-based TCM hospitals, the role of teaching in the formation of research and innovation abilities based on clinical demands have been discussed, teaching functions in research-based TCM hospitals have been analyzed, and thinking trains of teaching management focusing on innovative teaching ideas and optimized teaching environment have been put forward. The paper expounds that the teaching management in research-based TCM hospitals should resist inheritance as the mainline, development as the core and innovation as the power.
