摘 要:为了研究不同捻系数条件下几种纺纱方法纺制纯涤纶纱线的性能,对不同捻系数的7.3 tex普通环锭纺、紧密纺、赛络纺和紧密赛络纺纯涤纶纱线的性能分别进行了测试,并对在相同纺纱工艺条件下的4种纱线性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:捻系数对4种纱线的强伸性、条干及耐磨性的影响较大,对纱线毛羽的影响较小;在一定范围内,随着纱线捻系数的增加,纱线的强伸性、条干均匀度及耐磨性均得到改善;紧密赛络纱的各项性能指标均优于其他3种纺纱方法。In order to study the properties of polyester yarn with several spinning methods under different twist factor, the properties of 7.3 tex of different twist factor of conventional ring spun, compact spun, siro spun and compact-siro spun pure polyester yarn are tested, and the properties of four kinds of yarn based on the same yarn parameters setting are analyzed and compared. The resuhs show that twist factor has a great influence on the strength and elongation, evenness and abrasion property, and has a very small effect on the yarn hairiness of four kinds of pure polyester yarn. In a certain range, with the increase of yarn twist factor, the yarn strength and elongation, evenness and abrasion of yarn are improved. The compact-siro spinning of pure polyester yarn can obtaine the best performance compared with other three kinds of pure polyester yarn.
