摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的九单元传动浆纱机,由卷绕车头、车头拖引、合并烘筒、前预烘烘筒、前上浆辊、前引纱辊、后预烘烘筒、后上浆辊和后引纱辊九传动单元组成。该机采用三级计算机控制系统,高精度的伺服控制器和高分辨率的旋转编码器对变频电动机实施闭环控制,通过人机界面显示车速、温度等工艺参数,具有控制精度高、张力自动调节、操作方便和品质稳定等优点。A new nine unit transmission sizing machine is designed, the rolling element is composed of a front axle winding unit, a towing unit, a drying room transmission unit, a two drying room pre bake unit, a two slurry channel transmission unit and a two yarn guiding roller drive unit. This machine adopts three-level computer control system, high precision servo controller and high resolution rotary encoder to implement a closed loop control for variable frequency motor and displays speed, temperature and other process parameters through man-machine interface, with the advantages of high control precision, automatic tension control, easy operation, good quality and stability.
