摘　　要：为探讨CD-DF868浆料取代PVA浆料的可能性,以CD-DF868浆料、SFS浆料及PVA浆料为例配制了5种不同成分的浆液,分别测试并比较了浆液的黏度、黏度热稳定性和黏附性及浆膜的强伸性和磨耗等性能。结果显示:配制的5种浆液的黏度热稳定性均良好;CD-DF868浆料与SFS浆料的混合浆对棉的黏附性能明显优于PVA浆料与SFS浆料混合浆,对涤/棉的效果则有所欠缺;5种浆液的浆膜性能中,CD-DF868浆料的应用效果比较接近PVA浆料。研究结果表明,CD-DF868浆料能够部分取代PVA浆料,为其应用推广提供了研究基础。In order to explore the possibilities of PVA sizes substituted by CD-DF868 sizes, hve kinds ot size nquors are prepareo wlm CD-DF868 sizes, SFS sizes and PVA sizes. The size liquor properties including size viscosity, heat stability of size viscosity and size adherence and the size film properties, such as strength, elongation and abrasion loss, are analyzed and tested. The results reveal that the heat stabilities of the five size liquors are very good. The adherence of CD-DF868 sizes and SFS sizes to cotton fibers is better than that of PVA sizes and SFS sizes, however, the effect on the polyester/cotton blended yarn is not so good. Meanwhile, in view of size film property of the five sizes, the application effect of CD-DF868 sizes is very closed to that of PVA sizes. The results show that PVA sizes could be partially substituted by CD-DF868 sizes, and it provides a basis on CD-DF868 sizes application.
