氨基硅油的合成及其对亚麻的整理工艺

摘　　要：以含氢硅油、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,以氯铂酸-异丙醇溶液为催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应得到氟烷基和氨基共性改性含氢硅油,并将生成的改性硅油用于亚麻织物的整理,通过"浸-轧-烘"的整理工艺,来提高亚麻织物的柔软性能。通过探讨焙烘温度、焙烘时间以及整理液的质量浓度对织物性能指标的影响,得出最佳整理工艺为:焙烘温度160℃,整理液质量浓度80 g/L,焙烘时间4 min。整理后的织物具有良好的柔软蓬松性。Taking silicone oil contained hydrogen, twelve fluorine heptyl methacrylate and N-methylol acrylamide as raw materials,chloroplatinic acid-isopropyl alcohol solution as a catalyst, a co-modified silicone oil with fluorine alkyl and amino is prepared with hydrosilylation reaction. The modified silicone oil is applied to linen fabric with dip-pad-dry process to improve the softness of the linen fabric. The influence of concentration of finishing solution, curing temperature and time on the fabric performance is discussed, the optimum finishing process is finishing solution 80 g/L, curing at 160℃ for 4 min. The finished linen fabric features soft and fluffy.
