摘　　要：通过收集整理1994年至2015年CSSCI法学类期刊发表的涉"物业"法律问题的152篇论文,以"年度、刊物、学科、视角和引用量"为参照坐标进行系统分析,可以看出:该领域的研究总体上覆盖范围较广,焦点集中;多数采用"问题——对策"的研究范式,以规范分析方法为主流,但比较研究数量较少、内容分散;有待推进程序法与实体法的结合。应当拓宽研究视野,并对热点问题保持独立的立场和审慎的态度。Through the collection of 152 papers in CSSCI law journals involved ＂property＂ legal problems published in 1994 to 2015, this paper takes ＂annual, publications, disciplines, points of view and citation＂ as a frame of reference for systematic and compre- hensive analysis, and draws the following conclusions： The research in this field is widely ranged and entirely focused. Most of it adopts the research paradigm of ＂problem countermeasure＂. Normative analysis method is the mainstream, but the amount of the ＂com- parative study＂ is small, and the content is dispersed. So, the combination of procedural law and substantive law should be filrther pushed forward. The researchers should further broaden their research perspective, and maintain independent and cautious attitudes on such hot ISSUES.
