摘　　要：创客时代的到来为图书馆的转型发展带来了机遇,也对图书馆员提出了更高的要求。图书馆员应充当创客空间中知识型的信息导航者、协调型的创客管理者和嵌入式的学科服务者,从创建竞争型创客服务团队、建设学习型创客组织文化、构建进阶式馆员培育体系、搭建交互式创客服务平台4个方面进行转变。The Maker Era brings opportunities for the transitional de,Jelopment of the library, meanwhile, it propo- ses higher requirement of the librarians. The librarians in maker space should be a knowledge - type information guider, a harmonious maker manager and an embedded subject librarian. The library should create a competitive maker service team, construct learning culture of maker organization, build upgraded librarians cultivation system and build interactive platform of maker service.
