摘　　要：针对笔者在古籍数字化的基础建设中所面临的实际操作问题进行讨论,通过切实可行的解决思路和操作案例,对古籍数字化过程中的规模测算、书目著录、扫描存储、系统及数据挂接等五个方面的实际经验加以分享,以期为中小型古籍藏书单位提供有益的借鉴和提醒,使其古籍数字化工作的开展更加顺利有序。The paper mainly discusses practical operation problems faced by the author during basic construction of the digitization of ancient books. With some feasible solutions and operation cases, the paper hopes to share practi- cal experience in five aspects, namely scale calculation, bibliographical description, scanning and storage, syste- mand data hookup, in the hope of providing beneficial reference and tips for small and medium - sized units that collect ancient books, so that they can carry out the digitization of ancient books more smoothly and orderly.
