乌海市生态环境与经济协调发展评价

摘　　要：以内蒙古乌海市为研究对象,采用2004-2014年的数据构建评价指标体系,基于熵值法确定权重,并运用协调发展度模型对研究区域的生态环境与经济协调发展水平进行评价与分析。结果表明:在2004-2014年间,乌海市生态环境与经济协调发展水平从失调衰退型过渡到勉强协调型再到优质协调型;在此期间,经济评价指数与生态环境评价指数存在偏差,但此差值在不断下降。因此,乌海市生态环境与经济之间的发展步调趋于协调方向。In this research we used the entropy to ensure the weight factor, adopted the data of 2004 -2014 to construct evaluation indicator system, and applied the coordinated development degree model to evaluate and analyze the level of ecological environment and economic coordinated development in Wuhai city, Inner Mongolia. The results indicate that the level of ecological environment and economic coordinated development had been transited from the imbalanced -recessionary type to the barely -coordinated type. During this period, there was deviation between the indexes of ecological evaluation and economic evaluation, and it had been gradually declined. Therefore, the ecological environment and the economic development in Wuhai city tended to be balanced and coordinated.
