摘  要:对小叶鼠李(Rhamnus parvifolius)、叶底珠(Securinega suffruticosa)、东北连翘(Forsythia mandschurica)和杠柳(Periploca sepium)4种灌木进行5项光合参数和4项生理指标的研究,结果表明:1)随着干旱胁迫的加剧,4种灌木光合参数变化规律不同,表现为净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率逐渐下降,胞间CO2浓度逐渐升高,水分利用效率先降后升,不同灌木不同指标变化的幅度和拐点不同;2)随着干旱胁迫的加剧,4种灌木生理指标变化规律表现为丙二醛、可溶性糖和相对电导率逐渐升高,水势日均值逐渐降低,不同灌木间变化差异显著;3)4种灌木的抗旱性大小排序为:小叶鼠李>杠柳>叶底珠>东北连翘。Five photosynthetic parameters and four physiological indexes of the Rhamnus parvifolius, Securinega suffruticosa, Forsythia mandschurica and Periploca sepium were measured. The results showed that : 1 ) With the drought stress increase, photosynthetic parameters change rule of 4 plants were different ; net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were falling, intercellular CO, concentration increased, water use ef- ficiency showed down firstly and then up; the change extent of indicators and inflection point in different plants were different. 2) With the drought stress increase, change rule of physiological indexes of malondialdehyde, sol-uble sugar and relative conductivity increased in four shrubs, the diurnal water potential gradually reduced, the changes were significant difference between different shrubs. 3) Drought resistance of the four shrubs were : Rhamnus parvifolius 〉 Periploca sepium 〉 Securinega suffruticosa 〉 Forsythia mandschurica.
