摘　　要：目的探讨改良腰大池持续外引流术(mLCD)治疗腰椎手术后切口脑脊液漏的效果和安全性。方法 2013年5月至2016年5月共行腰椎手术102例,术后并发切口脑脊液漏12例,均及时行mLCD。结果 12例中,1例在置管后第3天家属要求转上级医院治疗;其余11例均治愈出院,置管时间为3~7 d,平均5.13 d。结论 mLCD治疗腰椎术后切口脑脊液漏疗效确切、安全性高。Objective To explore the curative effects of modified lumbar cistern continuous drainage （mLCCD） of cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） on CSF leakage after the lumbar spinal surgery and its safety. Methods Of 102 patients with lumbar spinal lesions undergoing lumbar spinal surgery from May, 2013 to May, 2016, 12 had CSF leakage and 90 not. The clinical data of those 12 patients with CSF leakage undergoing mLCCD were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 12 patients with CSF leakage, 11 were cured and 1 was transferred to another hospital according to the patient＇s family member＇s request 3 days after the beginning of mLCCD. The duration of mLCCD ranged from 3 to 7 days （mean, 5.13 days）. Conclusions The curative effect of mLCCD of CSF on CSF leakage after the lumbar spinal surgery and its safety are good. This technique is worthy of clinical application.
