成都市成华区“社区-疾控-医疗机构”艾滋病综合防治模式探讨

摘　　要：成都市成华区自1998年发现首例HIV感染者后,疫情发生率逐年上升,艾滋病防治工作形势严峻。2007年,成华区被确定为全球基金/中英艾滋病防治项目区,以此为契机,成华区积极探索建立以社区为基础,社区卫生服务中心为主体,区疾控中心为技术指导的"社区-疾控-医疗机构"社区艾滋病综合管理模式。经过新模式的探索实施,成华区艾滋病防治工作取得了初步成效,建立起了社区艾滋病综合防治长效管理机制,居民健康知识知晓率、HIV筛查数等多项艾滋病防治工作指标得到了提升,该管理模式得到了国际、国内专家的认可和肯定,在全国范围内进行了推广学习。Since the first case of HIV was discovered in 1998, the AIDS epidemic in Chenghua district increased by years, and AIDSprevention and control situation was grim. Taken the opportunity of CHARTS Program in 2007, ＂Community-CDC-Medical institu-tions＂ AIDS prevention and control model had been established. The model was based on community, the community health servicecenter as the main body, and CDC for technical guidance. Through its implementation of the new model, long-term management mech-anism had been set up, the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge, HIV testing and other performance measures increased, theprevention and treatment of AIDS in Chenghua district had achieved initial success. The ＂Community-CDC-Medical institutions＂model received the recognition and affirmation of the experts at home and abroad, which was promoted on a national scale.
