风能资源评估方法综述

摘　　要：风能资源评估为大规模风电并网规划提供了科学依据,需要深入地进行研究。首先,阐述了风能资源评估的定义和基本研究思路,归纳了风速概率分布、风功率密度、风能、有效风能、可利用小时数等主要的评估参数。之后,从数理统计方法和数值模拟技术这2个方面,对该领域国内外的研究现状进行了归类与梳理;最后,针对该领域模型与方法尚存的不足,展望了未来发展趋势并总结了需要进一步探索的内容,为建立更合理的风能资源评估模型和提高风电场风能资源评估精度提供了参考依据。Precise wind resource assessment must be further studied to provide scientific basis for planning the large scale wind power integration. Firstly,this paper introduces the definition and research thought of wind resource assessment,and presents a variety of wind resource assessment parameters such as wind speed probability distribution,wind power density,wind energy,effective wind energy and available hours. Moreover,this paper reviews both domestic and international wind resource assessment methods,including the mathematical statistics method and numerical stimulation method. Finally,in viewof the shortcomings of the model and method in this field,this paper prospects the future development trend and summarizes the further research contents,which can provide a reference for establishing a more reasonable assessment model of wind energy resources and improving the accuracy of wind energy resource assessment.
