摘　　要：[目的]探讨名中医顾维超治疗大气下陷证遣方用药经验。[方法]通过采集与分析顾维超治疗大气下陷证的临床病例,结合近现代名家相关论述,对顾师有关大气下陷证病因病机的认识基础上对临床诊治大气下陷证的遣方用药经验予以总结,并举案例予以佐证。[结果]顾维超主任师古不泥,博采众长,对张氏大气学说有所发挥,擅于运用益气升陷法治疗疑难杂症,对大气下陷证的诊治见解独到,其对大气下陷证的特色用药、习用药对以及及常用合方等经验深刻独到,临床上取得较好效果。[结论]顾师治疗大气下陷证选药普通,疗效确切,值得借鉴和学习。[Objective]To summarize Dr. GU Weichao＇s clinical experience of curing the syndrome of sinking of qi on prescription and herbs. [Method]By learning from the tutor,collecting his clinical data,reading modern relative documents, and analysis. Then take a case as evidence.[Result]Mr.GU has rich and particular clinical experience in the application of traditional Chinese medicine,who treats the syndrome of sinking of qi with distinct personality.His characteristics of drug use, frequently used herbal-pairs and combined prescription for curing the syndrome of sinking of qi are profound,unique and useful.Mr.GU believes that the disease mechanism as the main consideration should be grasped.The in-depth analysis of typical cases showes that many clinical conditions, especially in difficult emergency and severe stages, are prone to appear the syndrome of sinking of qi.At this time through the air doctrine theoretical guidance, treated by Mr.GU＇s Modified Shengxian drink, it will get a good clinical effect.[Conlusion]Mr. GU＇s experience of curing the syndrome of sinking of qi on prescription and herbs has significant effect in clinic which is worth spreading and further learning.
