摘　　要：驱动电路是光伏并网逆变器的核心部件,其性能对功率开关器件的工作可靠性至关重要。以集成驱动芯片2SD315A作为驱动电路的基础,通过采取合理设置栅极驱动电阻及死区时间等措施,实现了功率开关器件的安全可靠驱动。Driver circuit is the core component of photovoltaic grid inverter, its performance is very important to the work reliability of the power switch device. With integrated driving chip 2SD315A as the basis of drive circuit, by adopting reasonable gate drive resistance and dead band time, achieve the safe and reliable driving of power switch device.
