摘　　要：随着数字化技术的发展,高校实验教学资源的信息化成为实验教学示范中心建设的重要内容,而虚拟仿真实验教学中心无疑是信息化实验教学资源开放共享的重要载体。利用虚拟现实技术,将以往常规实验无法开设的实验内容转化成虚拟实验,成为常规实验教学不可或缺的补充。通过对生物类虚拟仿真实验教学中心开展教学资源、平台等建设过程中出现的困难与问题进行探讨,并结合自身建设经验,对资源共享机制、平台与资源兼容、资源建设内容特点和可持续发展等提出解决对策,以期对各高校虚拟仿真实验教学中心的后续建设和发展提供借鉴和依据。With the development of digital technology,the informatization of experimental teaching resources becomes an important content of the construction of experimental teaching demonstration center,and virtual simulation experiment teaching center is an important carrier of information the open sharing of teaching resources undoubtedly. Using virtual reality technology,conventional experiments that cannot be open are transferred into virtual experiments,hence the technology becomes indispensable supplement of experiment teaching. This paper discusses the difficulties and problems in the process of the resources and platform construction in the virtual simulation experiment teaching center of biology.Combined with our construction experience,the paper also puts forward the countermeasures such as the platform compatibility with resources,resource sharing mechanism,the construction content characteristics and sustainable development,in order to provide reference and basis for construction and development of virtual simulation experiment teaching center.
