摘　　要：货场作为铁路货物运输生产过程的起点和终点,是铁路货运体系中的重要节点,是拓展全网货物运输的有效载体,正处于向现代化物流转型的关键时期。概述北京铁路局大红门货场现状,运用SWOT分析法,对大红门货场向现代化物流转型的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁进行研究,提出研发推出个性化新产品、以区域发展带动单点发展、加强货场信息化建设、建设标准化仓储设施、加强物流知识和业务培训、改善短途接取送达条件及开设新型增值服务等向现代化物流转型的对策。As the starting and end point of railway freight transport production process, the freight yard is an important node in the railway freight transportation system and a valid carrier of expanding freight transportation in the whole railway network, and the transformation from the freight yard into modern logistics is at the key stage. This paper summarizes the status of Dahongmen Freight Yard of Beijing Railway Administration, and studies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Dahongmen Freight Yard transforming into modern logistics by using SWOT analysis. The paper also puts forward countermeasures of the transformation into modern logistics, such as developing new personalized products, driving single point development by regional development, strengthening informationization construction of the freight yard, building standard storage facilities, strengthening logistics knowledge and professional training, improving short-distance receiving-delivery conditions and setting new value-added service.
