摘 要:为促进我国高速铁路快运业务发展,概述法国高速铁路快运发展现状,从企业间合作模式、运输组织、发展进程等方面阐述TGV邮政专列和泛欧高速铁路快运专列的发展经验,得出运量不足、路网使用费高、快运列车采购及维修成本高是造成TGV邮政专列停运和泛欧高速铁路快运专列推迟正式运营的主要原因,启示我国高速铁路快运业务的健康运营发展应重点关注运量充足、运价合理、合作模式等方面,为我国高速铁路快运业务发展提供了参考。In order to promote development of high-speed railway express business in China, this paper summarizes the development status of high-speed railway express in France, expounds development experiences of TGV La Poste train and trans-Europe high-speed railway express train from the aspects of cooperation modes between enterprises, transport organization and development process, and then figures out the main reasons causing the stop of TGV La Poste train and delayed official operation of trans- Europe high-speed railway express train, including deficient transport volume, high access fee of railway network and high purchase and maintenance cost of the express train, all of these issues not only reveal the sound operation development of high-speed railway express business in China should pay attention to aspects, such as sufficient transport volume, reasonable tariff and cooperation mode, but also provide references for developing high-speed railway express business in China.
