摘  要:目的:通过分析评价分级诊疗实施现状,为分级诊疗制度的完善与评估提供依据。方法:运用大数据方法部署分布式计算环境,根据应用需求构建分析算法模型,开展数据深度分析,并进行可视化展示。结果:雅安市县域内就诊率为84.01%,汉源县、天全县、荥经县、芦山县、宝兴县尚未达到分级诊疗工作评价标准的要求;基层医疗机构就诊人次占比为70.13%,已达到标准;雅安市重点监测疾病为梗阻性和反流性尿路病、慢性肾病和胆石症。结论:雅安市分级诊疗工作整体实施情况较好,还应根据不同地区县域外就诊主要疾病合理配置医疗卫生资源、开展医疗技术援助,加强重点科室建设。Objective: By analyzing the implementation of the hierarchical medical, we aimed to provide the reference for the improvement and evaluation of hierarchical medical system. Methods: Big data was applied to deploy the distributed computing environment. According to the application requirements, the algorithm model was built. Results: Within the county visiting rate was 84.01% in Ya'an. Hanyuan, Tianquan, Yingjing and Lushan, Baoxing has not yet reached the standard of evaluation and classification of diagnosis and treatment; the hospital visits of primary institutions has reached the standard, accounting for 70.13%; the key disease surveillance was obstructive and reflux disease of urinary tract disease, chronic kidney disease, and cholelithiasis in Ya'an of Sichuan province. Conclusion: The overall implementation of the diagnosis and treatment work in Ya'an is better. It should be based on the allocation of medical resources and medical technical assistance to the major diseases in different counties and regions.
