摘 要:目的:通过评价分级诊疗制度在"雅安-甘孜医疗作战区"的实施效果,为进一步完善政策落实提供参考依据。方法:运用大数据方法部署分布式计算环境,根据应用需求构建分析算法模型,开展数据深度分析,并进行可视化展示。结果:"雅安-甘孜医疗作战区"的医疗卫生服务主要覆盖雅安市、甘孜州、阿坝州、绵阳市、资阳市、眉山市、内江市等10个市(州);从患者流向方面看,流入雅安市的住院患者主要来自甘孜州和凉山州,患者流出地主要是成都市;流入甘孜州的住院患者主要来自雅安市、凉山州和成都市,患者流出地主要是成都市和雅安市。雅安市人民医院、甘孜州人民医院的平均住院天数分别为10.23天、8.71天,处理疑难重症病人占比分为7.78%、4.77%,基本医疗病种患者占比分为36.54%、40.66%。结论:"雅安-甘孜医疗作战区"取得初步成效,领头医院基本发挥了医疗作战区内技术引领作用,还需进一步从制度保障、信息惠民方面促进优质资源下沉,推进医疗作战区建设。Objective: By analyzing the implementation effect of the " Ya'an-Ganzi medical war " , we aimed to provide the basis for improving the policy implement. Methods: Big data was applied to deploy the distributed computing environment. According to the application requirements, the algorithm model was built. Results: " Ya'an-Ganzi medical war " captured at least 10 Democratic, including in Ya'an, Ganzi and Aba. Inpatients with inflows of Ya'an mainly come from Ganzi and Liangshan, with outflows mainly come from Chengdu; inpatients with inflows of Ganzi mainly come from Ya'an, Liangshan and Chengdu, with outflows mainly come from Chengdu and Ya'an. The average hospitalization days of the people's hospital Ya'an and Ganziwere 10.23, 8.71; the proportion of critical ill patients were 7.78, 4.77; the proportion of the basic diseases patients were 36.54, 40.66 respectively. Conclusion: " Ya'an- Ganzi medical war " was obtained preliminary effective and leading hospitals played a guiding role. It should be further to promote the sinking of high-quality resources and the construction of medical war from the institutional protection and information benefit people polices.
