摘  要:目的:获取区域内的慢病(包括糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中、肿瘤)病例信息,提高收集数据的工作效率和所收集数据的质量。方法:对区域内各家医院的既有慢病监测工作模式进行调研,对监测流程进行分析,找出共同特征。用C/S和B/S混合软件架构,与公卫平台互联互通,协同工作的形式予以实现。采用相应的接口与HIS进行互联,在试点医院进行使用。结果:完成包括智能提醒模块、Web服务在内的慢病监测系统的开发,使用慢病监测系统采集慢病病例信息,并将信息提供给疾病预防控制机构的慢病工作人员以及社区随访医生使用。结论:慢病监测系统和系统提供的接口等解决方案能有效提高监测工作效率和质量。Objective: To obtain chronic disease (including diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and cancer) case information in the area, and improve the working efficiency of data collection and the quality of the data collected. Methods: The existing chronic disease monitoring working modes of hospitals in the area are investigated, the monitoring process is analyzed, and the common features are found out. The C/S and B/S hybrid software architecture is connected to the public health platform, which is realized in the form of collaborative work. With corresponding interfaces, the platform is interconnected with HIS and used in the pilot hospitals. Results: The development of the chronic disease monitoring system is completed, including smart reminder module and Web services. The chronic disease monitoring system is used for acquisition of chronic disease case information, which is provided to chronic disease staffs in institutions of disease prevention and control, and community follow-up doctors. Conclusion: The chronic disease monitoring svstem, the interface provided by the svstem and other solutions can effectively improve efficiency and quality of monitoring work.
