摘　　要：目的:针对偏远训练地域和海防部队伤病员急救的薄弱环节,设计实现了边防海岛伤病员急救信息系统,弥补了边防海岛伤病员院前急救这个薄弱环节。方法:利用无线移动通信技术、HL7消息队列和接口技术相结合,使急救系统成功地与医院HIS、LIS、PACS、EMR和健康档案系统进行了对接。结果:平战时在远离后方医院的急救环境下,使多种医疗数据进行了有效融合,成为医疗诊断和救治的可靠资料,实现医疗资源的网络共享和伤病员急救的闭环管理。结论:有效提升突发事件的卫勤保障效能,提高了伤病员的医疗救治质量。Objective： In view of the coastal defense forces and the weak link of regional emergency patients, remote training designed to achieve the border island patients emergency information system, makes up for the border island pre-hospital emergency patients are the weak links. Methods： Based on the of wireless mobile communication technology, the HL7 message queue and interface technology, the combination of the first-aid system successfully and hospital HIS, LIS, PACS and health records of EMR system has carried on the butt. Results： At ordinary times or the war times,staying away from the rear hospital emergency conditions, make a variety of medical data has carried on the effective fusion, medical diagnosis and treatment of reliable information, share resources of network medical first-aid and patients of closed-loop management. Conclusion： It enhances the effectiveness of emergency medical support, improve the quality of the medical treatment of patients.
