摘　　要：在突发事件紧急用血的背景下,以血液中心为主导,构建一个血液信息管理平台,服从决策中心的指挥,与区域血站、一线救治机构互联,保证血液供应。根据接收的危重伤员人数、血型、用血量、紧急输血/常规输血及救治现场位置,快速获得区域血站和一线救治机构血液库存,完成血液调配和血液发放。完成紧急情况下的血液供应,使危重患者得到及时血液救治。通过建立血液资源共享平台,不仅提高危重伤员救治成功率,而且保障用血安全。When using blood in emergencies, under the leadership of the blood center, we could build a blood information management platform. We should obey the command of decision-making center and be contact with the local blood centers as well as the clinical treatment centers. Thus we can ensure the amount of blood support. According to the number of seriously injured patients ,their blood type, quantities of blood they need, emergency or normal blood transfusion as long as the location of the treatment site. Furthermore, find out the amount of blood store in local blood centers and aid agencies. So that ,we can allocate and distribute blood. Supplying blood to patients in emergency will make sure that the patients can receive proper blood treatment in time. Moreover, establishing the blood information sharing platform, we can not only improve the treatment success rate but also can ensure the safety in using blood.
