高频彩色超声对颈部及锁骨上淋巴结与包块的诊断和放疗首选范围的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究高频彩色超声对于颈部及锁骨上淋巴结与包块的诊断作用,并分析其在选取放疗首选范围中的临床价值。方法:选取医院收治的癌症患者共120例,经手指触摸法检测均具有可疑淋巴结,随机分为两组,各60例,对照组行CT检查,而观察组在对照组的基础上加以彩色超声检查,根据检查结果进行放射治疗,对比两组患者可疑淋巴结的进展情况。结果:对照组经检测40例患者原发灶明确,行放疗后患者情况好转,而20例患者原发灶可疑,未行放疗患者淋巴结持续肿大,后经放疗后淋巴结缩小;观察组经检测60例患者均为阳性,行放疗后患者情况好转。即观察组患者检查情况明显要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:较其他常用的检测装置,高频彩色超声对于颈部及锁骨上淋巴结与包块的诊断效果显著,对于原发性病灶检测准确性好,应当引起广大医学卫生工作者的关注。Objective： To explore the high frequency color ultrasound （hereinafter referred to as the ultrasound） for the neck and supraclavicular lymph nodes and bag piece of diagnosis, and analyze its clinical value in selecting radiation preferred range. Methods： 120 cases of the cancer patients of our hospital were selected by the fingers touching detection have suspicious lymph nodes and its randomly divided into two groups,each for 60 cases,and control group row CT examination, and on the basis of the observation group in the control group to exceed check, according to test results for radiation treatment, compared two groups of patients with suspected the progress of lymph nodes. Results： Control group in the detection of 40 patients with primary focal clear line after radiotherapy patients conditions improve, and 20 patients with primary focal suspicious not radiotherapy in patients with lymph nodes are enlarged continuously, after lymph nodes after radiotherapy reduces; Observation group of 60 patients were tested positive, row after radiotherapy patients conditions improve. The observation group is significantly higher than control group in patients, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with other commonly used detection device, the high frequency color ultrasound for the neck and supraclavicular lymph nodes and bag piece of diagnosis effect is remarkable, for the primary lesion detection accuracy is good, should cause the attention of the general medical health workers.
