摘　　要：目的:从医院信息化发展历史、处理能力、技术支持环境、安全架构方面出发,分析研究"军卫一号"背景下的云医疗数字化,重新定义军队数字信息化的未来—"军网云"。方法:通过分析传统信息化的不足,给出"军网"的必要性。从数字化医院建设根本出发,提出了基于云计算的医院数字化。结果:云医院数字化以新的内涵、建设机制、安全机制,重建信息架构系统、重建安全架构,实现了医院信息化由局域网向广域网的转型转变,以及军队医院与地方医院真正意义上的数据共享。结论:云医院数字化是医院信息化建设的发展方向,它重新定义了医院信息化的未来,将推动医院数字化建设步入云时代。Objective： Analyzing and studying the medical digitization based on cloud computing under the background of No.1 Military Medical, and redefining the future of military digital information, that is military network cloud, from the history, capability, technology environment, and safe framework of the digital hospital. Methods： Showing the necessary about the military network by studying the insufficient of traditional informatization. For building digital hospital completely presenting the definition about medical digitization based on cloud computing. Results： The medical digitization based on cloud computing rebuilds the information and security framework, finishes the huge changes about digital hospital from LAN to WLAN and make the data be shared completely between military hospital and local hospital for its new content, and security mechanism. Conclusion： Medical digitization based on cloud computing is an important direction of development of the traditional hospital, that redefines the future of hospital informatization, and will push digital hospital go into the time of cloud.
