摘　　要：为提高患者就诊效率,让患者挂号付费候诊等待时间减少,同时降低医患矛盾发生的概率,开发了以优化就诊流程为目的,利用医院信息化建设来显著提高患者就诊满意度的有效信息化解决方法。通过上线分时段预约机制、采用第三方支付等各种举措来达成患者挂号、付费功能的实现来辅佐整个非现金交易的实施。探索一条在不改变当前医疗机构体制机制的情况下,能够减少患者诊排队时间,缓解看病难的就医新模式。验证了非现金交易系统在节省医院人力成本,提高医护人员服务和改善就医患者体验等三方面,均取得了良好的效果。To improve the efficiency of the diagnosis and reduce the waiting time for patient, while reducing the probability of occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts, we are developing an effective information solution to optimize treatment process and improve the satisfaction of patient by using the hospital information construction. Through the on-line sub period appointment mechanism to achieve the implementation of the entire non-cash transactions by the third party payment and other initiatives to achieve patient registration, payment function. We are exploring a system mechanism that win not change the current medical institutions, but it can reduce the queuing time for patients and alleviate the difficulty to the diagnosis. The non-cash transaction system has been proved to have good effect in three aspects, such as saving the hospital labor cost, improving the service of the medical staff and improving the experience of the patients.
