摘　　要：目的:应用PDCA循环,持续提升医疗质量数据分析能力,实现医疗质量指标实时动态监测、分析和预警。方法:针对影响数据质量的原因,成立数据分析项目工作小组;提高首页指标填写准确率;完善信息系统的建设;提高数据分析级别。结果:首页指标填报错误率降低,完成医院领导管理与决策支持系统建设,目前医疗质量数据分析能力提升至警报阶段。结论:以PDCA为手段,改进关键过程管理,能有效提升医疗数据质量,并实现持续监控并不断优化。Objective： The PDCA cycle is used to improve the capabilities of medical quality data analysis, which achieves the real- time monitoring, analysis and warning of medical quality indications. Methods： Organizing medical data analysis group, increasing the accuracy of medical records, building up medical infomlation system, enhancing the level of data analysis. Results： The error rate of medical records is declining, HEADss is achieved, the level of medical data analysis has reached to early warning. Conclusions： The application of PDCA cycle can advance medical management, improve the quality of data analysis, and accomplish continual dynamic monitoring.
