高镍体系能量及功率型锂离子电池的设计研究

摘  要:以Li[Ni_xCo_yAl_(1-x-y)]O_2、Li[Ni_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)]O_2(x>0.6)为代表的高容量层状高镍材料被认为是最有实用化前景的新型正极材料。选用Li[Ni_xCo_yAl_(1-x-y)]O_2(NCA)材料制成了30 Ah能量型及30 Ah功率型动力电池,并对电池的电性能和安全性能进行了相关测试。结果表明由Li[Ni_xCo_yAl_(1-x-y)]O_2正极材料制备的动力电池比能量高,在循环性能、倍率放电性能、低温放电性能、荷电保持能力以及安全性能方面均表现优异,能够满足不同领域相关产品对动力电源的要求。Li[NixCoyAl(1-x-y)]O2、Li[NixCoyMn(1-x-y)]O2(x〉0.6) have attracted the attention for the application in military and civil areas. High-nickel cathode material is an attractive candidate by virtue of its good stability, high theoreti- cal capacity and high power capabilities. Two types (high energy and high power) of 30 Ah lithium ion batteries with Li[Ni.JCoyAl1-x-y]O2cathode material were prepared. The results show that the electric performance (cyclability, rate ability, different temperature ability, charge retention ability) and safety performance of two kinds of Li[NixCoyAl(1-x-y)]O2 batteries are excellent. High-nickel cathode material can meet the requirements of different applications.
