摘 要:研究空气中的NH_3杂质对常温(电池温度80℃左右)质子交换膜(PEM)燃料电池性能的影响。使用燃料电池测试系统测试了PEM燃料电池的极化特性和交流阻抗,采用等效电路法获得PEM燃料电池的等效电路元件,分析了空气中NH_3质量浓度、电池温度和NH_3通入时间对PEM燃料电池性能的影响。研究发现空气中NH_3对电池性能的影响与NH_3质量浓度和NH_3通入时间有关:浓度越低,影响越小;短时间内通入含NH_3的空气对电池的性能影响很小,但长时间通入对膜电极的损害较大;被NH_3毒化后PEM燃料电池再通入纯净空气后电池性能很难恢复。The effect of NH3 as air impurity on proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell performance (the temperature of fuel cell was about 80 ℃) was studied. The polarization curve and AC impedances of PEM fuel cell were tested by the fuel cell test system. The equivalent circuit method was used to obtain the equivalent circuit element of PEM fuel cell. The effects of concentration of NH3, fuel cell temperature and addition time on PEM fuel cell performance were analyzed. The extent of the effects depends on NH3 concentration and exposure time of the cathode to NH3. The lower the concentration of NH3 is, the smaller the influence on performance of PEMFC. The effects of short-term NH3 exposure on performance are small, but long-term exposure to NH3 has great harm to the MEA. After NHzpoisoning then bubbling into pure air, the performance of PEM fuel cell shows no recovery.
