摘  要:目的鉴定浙江口岸鼠类,并对其序列特征进行分析。方法于2015年4-10月在浙江口岸捕获鼠类,取其肝脏,对捕获鼠类的线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(COⅠ)、16S rRNA序列片段进行扩增,鉴定鼠种并构建系统发育树。结果浙江口岸捕获的鼠类为褐家鼠和小家鼠。COⅠ基因变异率大于16S rRNA基因,均以转换为主,且COⅠ基因以同义突变为主。结论 COⅠ和16S rRNA基因均可作为鼠类鉴定的分子标记。Objective To idemify rodent species in Zhejiang port and analyze the sequence characteristics. Methods The livers were obtained from rodents captured during April to October in 2015. The cytochrome C oxidase subunit Ⅰ (CO Ⅰ ) and 16S rRNA gene sequences of rodents were amplified. The species were confirmed and the phylogenetic trees were constructed. Results There were two species, Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus in Zhejiang port. The mutation rate of CO I gene was greater than that of 16S rRNA gene. Most of the mutation was transition and synonymous mutation. Conclusion Both CO I gene and 16S rRNA gene, as molecular markers, could be applied to identify rodent species.
