摘 要:为了研究光质、营养因素对黑木耳[Aurieuzaria auricular(L.ex Hook.)Uzderw.]菌丝锁状联合形成的影响,以5个黑木耳品种为研究对象,通过平板插片培养法进行试验。结果表明,红光、蓝光和紫光对黑木耳品种H29和SL15锁状联合形成有显著的促进作用;H15、H29、XK1、SL15分别在紫外光照射时间4、4、5、3 min后有利于锁状联合形成;供试的4种碳源中,可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糖对5个黑木耳品种锁状联合的形成有促进作用;5个黑木耳品种在以牛肉膏为氮源时,锁状联合显著高于其他氮源;5个黑木耳品种在加入丙氨酸和谷氨酸的培养基中锁状联合有显著的提高。In order to study the effects of light quality and nutrition factors on the clamp connection of Aurieuzaria auricular (L. ex Hook.)Uzderw., five cultivars of A. auricular were chosen as the research samples. The test method was fiat piece of culture method. The results showed that the red, blue and violet light had significant effects on the clamp connection of cultivars H29 and SL15. The clamp connection of cuhivars H15, H29, XK1 and SL15 was promoted with the ultraviolet radiation time of 4, 4, 5 and 3 min, respectively. The test carbon sources, soluble starch, sucrose and maltose had promoting effects on the formation of clamp connection. The effect of beef extract as nitrogen source on clamp connection was signifi- cantly higher than that of other groups. The number of clamp connection in the medium containing Ala and Glu increased significantly than that of others.
