摘  要:目的探究口服或外用吡非尼酮对兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响。方法将20只日本大耳白兔(2.0~2.5 kg)随机分为4组,A、B、C组建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型,A组予0.5%吡非尼酮与食物混合饲养;B组予8%吡非尼酮软膏外用;C组为瘢痕对照;D组为正常皮肤对照(不做任何处理)。造模2个月后测量瘢痕厚度,并对瘢痕组织/正常皮肤标本进行HE染色、Masson染色。结果 A组瘢痕厚度小于B、C组(P<0.05),HE染色、Masson染色可见A组胶原结构排列较B、C组疏松。结论口服吡非尼酮对瘢痕增生有一定的抑制作用,外用吡非尼酮效果不显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of oral or topical administration of pirfenidone on hypertrophic scar of rabbits ears. Methods A total of 20 Japanese white rabbits(2.0 - 2.5 kg) were divided into 4 groups randomly. Animal model of hypertrophic scars was established in group A, group B and group C. Group A were fed with 0.5% pirfenidone powder mixed with food; Group B were treated with 8% pirfenidone ointment topically; Group C served as positive control while group D was the negative control. Two months after the surgery, hypertrophic scars were measured. Hematoxylin and eosin staining and Masson's trichrome staining were also performed. Results The hypertrophic scars of group A were thinner than those of group B and group C. HE and Masson's trichrome staining results also showed collagen reduced in group A. Conclusion Oral administration of pirfenidone had effect on inhibiting hypertrophic scar to some extent, while topical administration does not work significantly.
