摘　　要：应用移动护理的APP可以加强护理信息化,优化护理工作流程、提高工作效率,起到护理及时、床边关怀的作用^([1])。以Android智能手机平台为依托,开发基于Android系统的移动护理APP,功能包含体征信息的采集、医嘱的确认与执行、各种护理记录评估表单的填写、护理排班管理与查询等。移动护理APP的设计与实现,达到闭环医嘱管理和护理文档电子化的目的,促进了护理信息化的发展。移动护理APP的推广与完善,为医院信息化的建设提供更高的利用价值,促进医院整体发展与多学科合作。The use of mobile medical APP can promote the nursing informatization, optimize the process of nursing work and improve the work efficiency so as to work for timely nursing and bedside point of care. This paper is based on the smart phone of Android platform, and it develops a mobile medical APP based on Android system which includes the collection of sign infor- mation, confirmation and execution of medical orders, writing of various nursing record evaluation forms, management and in- quiry of nursing scheduling and so on. The design and implementation of APP achieve the closed-loop management of medical orders and electronization of nursing documents, and promote the development of nursing informatization. The popularization and perfection of this APP have provided high practical value with the construction of hospital informatization, and promote the overall development of hospital and multi-disciplinary development.
