广东万年青HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘  要:目的建立广东万年青HPLC指纹图谱,为广东万年青的质量鉴别提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil100-5C18(4.5 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.085%磷酸水为流动相,检测波长为413 nm,柱温为30℃,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果建立了广东万年青HPLC指纹图谱,并利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件对6批次的广东万年青HPLC指纹图谱进行相似度评价,其相似度均大于0.95。结论广东万年青HPLC指纹图谱的稳定性、重复性好,可用于广东万年青的鉴别及质量控制。Objective To establish the high performance liquid chromatogram (HPLC) fingerprint chromatogram of Aglaonerna modestum. It may provide a basis for identification for quality of the Aglaonema modestum. Methods The fingerprint was established on Kromasil 100-5C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) column. Acetonitrile-0,085 % phosphoric acid water was used as gradient mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mt·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 413 nm and the column ternperature was 30 ℃. Results The fingerprint chromatogram of Aglaonema modestum by HPLC was established. The similarity of the 6 determined Aglaonema modestum was evaluated on the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine. And the similarity of the determined batches was larger than 0.95. Conclusion The fingerprint chromatogram of Aglaonema modestum by HPLC is stable and repeatable, and can provide a relevant inlbrmation to quality control of.Aglaonema modestum.
