摘 要:以硝酸锌、柠檬酸、尿素为原料,通过水热法,制得了掺杂了不同含量的稀土Ce的纳米氧化锌的前驱体。通过在不同温度下煅烧纳米氧化锌前驱体,得到目标产物。进而以亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标降解物,对纳米氧化锌的光催化活性进行研究,考察了铈的不同掺杂量和不同的煅烧温度对于ZnO的光催化活性的影响。同时对样品进行了热重、透射电子显微、傅里叶红外的表征。实验结果表明,稀土掺杂量为2%,焙烧温度为400℃的ZnO的光催化活性较好,颗粒接近球形。The precursors of ZnO were prepared by hydrothermal method through zinc nitrate, citric acid and urea as raw materials. A series of ZnO photocatalysts doped with different amounts of cerium were prepared by calcining the precursor at different temperatures. The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by the photoactivity of methylene blue (MB) for degradation. The effects of the influence of cerium doped with different amount and different calcination temperature on the photocatalytic activity of ZnO were studied, The characterizations of the thermal weight, the transmission electron microscopy and the FT-IR were carried out. The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of ZnO was good and the particles were close to the spherical.
