摘  要:采用破络剂+沉淀剂+捕集剂联合去除山梨醇生产废水中的镍。采用单因素实验考察破络剂加入量、破络反应时间、破络温度、捕集剂EM加入量等因素对废水中镍的去除率的影响,并通过正交实验获得最佳条件。结果表明:对去除率影响的大小依次为:捕集剂加入量>破络剂加入量>破络反应时间>破络温度。由正交试验选出的最佳实验条件为:破络剂加入量0.25 g/L、捕集剂加入量为25 mg/L、破络时间25 min、破络温度45℃。最佳条件下进行五次重复实验进行验证,平均去除率为99.36%。处理后废水中镍含量达到1 mg/L以下,达到国家排放标准。Nickel ion in the Wastewater of D-sorbitol production was removed by Combination of breaking complex agent + precipitating agent + trapping agent. The effect of breaking complex agent adding amount, breaking complex time, breaking complex temperature and metal capturing agent adding amount on removal rate was studied by singie-lhctor experiments, orthogonal experiment was used to obtain the optimization technical conditions, The results show that the three main influencing thctors are in the order as lbllows: metal capturing agent adding amount〉breaking complex agent adding amount〉breaking complex time〉 breaking complex temperature. The optimal technical condition is: metal capturing agent adding amount0.25 g/L, breaking complex agent adding amount25mg/L, breaking complex time 25 rain and breaking complex temperature 45 ℃. Under these conditions, the average removal ratel after reoeated experriment five times is 99.36 %. After treatment, the content of nickel in the waste water was below I mg/L, which reached the national discharge standard.
