水溶性5,10,15-三(对羧基苯基)咔咯的合成与表征

摘　　要：以4-(甲氧基羰基)苯甲醛和吡咯为原料、甲醇/水溶液(体积比1∶1)为溶剂,采用"水相一锅煮法"合成了5,10,15-(对甲氧基羰基苯基)咔咯,在四氢呋喃/甲醇溶液中将其水解得到5,10,15-三(对羧基苯基)咔咯。通过紫外吸收光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振谱对5,10,15-三(对羧基苯基)咔咯进行了结构表征,结果表明所得产物即为目标化合物。5,10,15-tris[4-（methoxy）phenyl] corrole （TMPC） was synthesized using p-methoxybenzaldehyde and pyrrote as raw materials, methanol/water solution （volume ratio 1：1） as the solvent. 5,10,15-tris[4-（carboxyl） phenyl] corrole （TCPC） was obtained by hydrolyzing 5,10,15-tris[4-（methoxy）phenyl] corrole in tetrahydrofurfuryt/alcohol solution. The chemical structure of TCPC was characterized and tested by ultraviolet-visible （UV-Vis）, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer （FTIR） and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer （NMR）, respectively. Experimental results showed that the structure of the product matched with target product.
