摘 要:伴随畜禽养殖业迅速发展产生的大量粪便、污水未经处理或处理不达标便直接排放,为环境和人类健康造成巨大威胁,严重制约农村和农业可持续发展。本文综述目前养殖业畜禽环境污染现状:大量富含N、P等养分的畜禽粪便资源化利用造成N、P污染严重超出我国土壤承载力;饲料中过量添加而未被动物吸收利用的重金属、抗生素随畜禽粪便农用过程在土壤中累积,造成土壤重金属、抗生素严重污染。综合考虑目前污染现状,针对畜禽粪便处理过程中存在的污染物排放量大,重金属和抗生素难以去除和降解的难点问题,提出了产前预防、产中减少,产后处理的对策措施,以期为实现畜禽养殖业污染物无害化处理、资源化利用和实现农牧业可持续发展提供参考。With the rapid development of livestock and poultry- industry, a large number of manure, sewage untreated or treatment is not up to the standard will be directly discharged, causing great threat to the environment and human health, seriously restricting the sustainable development of rural and agricultural. In this paper, the current status of livestock and poultry environmental pollution: a large number of N, P and other nutrients of livestock manure resources caused by N, P pollution is seriously beyond the soil bearing capacity of our country, the excessive amount of heavy metals and antibiotics in the feed is not absorbed by animals. Considering the present pollution status, the difficulty of removing and degradation of heavy metals and antibiotics in livestock manure treatment process is difficult, and puts forward some measures to prevent and reduce the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding industry, and provide reference for the realization of the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
