摘 要:本文通过分析不同类型制革企业生产过程重金属铬产污环节,阐述主要产污现状,探索研究制革企业废水重金属铬产污特征,总结规律,加以评价,为企业及环保主管部门控制重金属铬排放,实现重金属铬减排提供必要技术支持。同时宣传并鼓励企业从源头控制制革废水中重金属铬,优化污水处理工艺选型和设施设置,从而降低制革废水的毒性和重金属污染,减少对生态环境的影响,实现经济与环境双赢。Base on different types of leather enterprise, this paper analyzed the production link of Heavy metal chromium in production prucess, expound the main pollution situation, explored the producing pollution characteristics of heavy metal chromium in waste water of leather enterprises, Summaried rules and made judgments. It was the necessary technical support to control and implement reducing of heavy metal chromium emissions for the enterprise and the competent department of environmental protection .In the meantime, it was promoted and encourage enterprises to control heavy metal chromium in the waste water by source controlling, by Optimizing the sewage treatment process selection and facilities. Reduce the toxicity of tannery wastewater and heavy metal pollution, reduce the impact on the ecological environment, achieve economic and environmental win-win.
