摘　　要：某三甲公立医院通过设立医院专门的法务管理部门、成立依法治院领导小组、聘用法律顾问、定期开展法律讲座并组织相应人民法院旁听、运用法律手段处理医疗纠纷等途径使医院管理逐渐步入法制化轨道。但面对日益复杂的法律事务,加快医院法制化进程就显得刻不容缓。为了进一步推动医院法制化管理,医院还应做到领导重视,全员参与;引进或培养法律专业人才;建立培训考核机制,以真正达到医院法制化管理的目的。A certain AAA public hospital makes the hospital management gradually into the legal track by establ ishing the special legal management department in the hospital, establ ishing the leading group that manage the hospital by law, hiring the legal counsel, regularly developing legal lectures, organizing the corresponding staff to audit in court and handling medical disputes by legal means, but faced with the ever-increasingly complex legal affairs, enhancing the hospital legal process is urgent, in order to further promote the hospital legal management, the hospital leaders also should attach importance to it and all staff should participate it, and the hospital also should introduce or culture the legal professionals and es-tablish the training and examination mechanism thus truly reaching the goal of hospital legal management.
