提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施分析

摘　　要：目的研究在微生物标本检验中提升检验准确率的有效方式,为以后诊断疾病提供依据。方法选取该院自2014年3月—2015年3月期间收治的未实施有效措施的样本作为参照组,将2015年3月—2016年3月期间收治的实施有效措施的样本作为实验组,对比分析两组样本检验准确率。结果实验组呼吸道标本准确率、口腔分泌物标本准确率、粪便标本准确率、尿液标本准确率等指标对比参照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将有效措施应用在微生物标本中可以显著提升检验准确率,值得广泛应用。Objective To research the effective measures of improving the accurate rate of microbial specimen test and pro-vide basis for the further disease diagnosis. Methods The samples without effective measures admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the control group, and the samples with effective measures ad-mitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group, and the test ac-curate rate was compared between the two groups. Results The accurate rates of respiration tract specimens, oral secretion specimens, feces specimens and urine specimens in the experimental group were more obvious than those in the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of effective measures in the microbial specimen can obviously improve the test accurate rate, which is worth wide appl ication.
