奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年11月至2015年11月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者65例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(32例)和试验组(33例)。在常规治疗的基础上,给予对照组单用乌司他丁进行治疗,试验组采用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁进行治疗,比较两组的临床总有效率、尿淀粉酶与血淀粉酶阳性检验率、症状改善时间、住院时间。结果试验组的临床总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的75.00%,试验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,尿淀粉酶与血淀粉酶阳性检验率明显低于对照组,症状改善与住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将奥曲肽联合乌司他丁应用于治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者,可有效改善其临床症状,缩短其住院时间,效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of octreotide combined with ulinastatin for clinical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods From November 2014 to November 2015 65 cases with severe acute pancreatitis treated our hospital in were randomly selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in the control group,33 cases in the observation group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group received a single treatment with ulinastatin statin,while the observation group were treated with octreotide combined with ulinastatin treatment,clinical observation of two patients with total efficiency,urine amylase and serum amylase test positive rate,symptoms time,hospitalization time were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group patients,urine amylase and serum amylase test positive rate was significantly lower than the control group,improvement of symptoms and hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Octreotide combined with ulinastatin for treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time,the effect is significant.
