社区护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究社区护理干预对原发性高血压患者治疗的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月某社区的126例高血压患者,进行健康宣教、心理干预、用药干预、运动指导、家庭随访等干预措施后据血压水平控制情况评估护理干预效果。结果 126例高血压患者,血压控制有效率为95.24%。与社区护理干预前比较,社区护理干预后高血压患者收缩压、舒张压均下降[(124.37±16.38)mmHg VS(167.32±15.26)mmHg,(82.74±9.13)mmHg VS(99.52±8.19)mmHg](P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预对改善高血压患者血压控制效果、提高患者生命质量有积极影响。Objective To study the effect of community nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 126 cases of patients with hypertension from January 2014 to December 2015 in a community, are health education, psychological intervention and drug intervention, sports guidance, family follow - up intervention measures according to the level of blood pressure control effect evaluation ofnursing intervention. Conclusion Commu-nity nursing intervention has positive influence on improving the blood pressure control effect and the quality of life of patients with hypertension, and it has the significance and value of promotion.
