摘　　要：随着电子信息技术快速发展,电子招投标的推广和应用创新改进了招投标行政监管模式,采取了实时在线全方位的监督方法,降低了监管成本,加强行政监督,规范操作流程,完善管理手段,促进资源共享。本文通过分析电子招投标活动参与各方主体(招标人与招标代理机构、投标人、评标专家和行政监管部门)的行为,找出招投标行政监管存在的问题,提出信息化、网络化监管的建议。With the rapid development of electronic information technology, electronic bidding, promotion and application of innovation to improve the bidding bidding administrative supervision mode,take the real-time on-line monitoring and the full range of methods,reduce the cost of supervision,strengthen administrative supervision, standardize operation process, perfect management, promote the sharing of resources.In this paper, through the analysis of the parties involved in the bidding behavior （tenderee and tendering agency,bidders,bid evalua-tion experts and administrative supervision departments）, find out the problems existing in the administrative su-pervision ,and put forward the suggestion of information and network supervision.
