霞凝货场二期扩建中的综合物流服务功能规划设计探讨

摘　　要：以现代物流的视角和理念对霞凝货场二期扩能改造设计方案进行评析,指出其在功能定位和服务定位上的不足,并就设计方案完善综合物流服务功能、实现传统铁路货场向铁路综合物流中心/物流园转型提出了相关的规划建议。Based on perspective and concept of modern logistics, the investigation of No. 2 phase revamping design scheme for Xia - ning freight yard was conducted. The result points out its deficiency in function and service orientation, and puts forward some related suggestions about improving integrated logistics service function, actualizing the transformation that the traditional railway freight yard to the railway logistics center / Logistics Park.
