摘　　要：分析了我国医药冷链物流配送体系现存的问题,提出了建立新型网式循环结构配送体系的必要性。以OD流(origin-to-destination)和节点设立作为决策变量建立0-1混合整数规划模型,并用一个企业的案例进行了模型有效性的验证。同时,对我国冷链物流基础设施建设提出决策建议。This paper analyzes the existing problems of China’s pharmaceutical cold chain logistics distribution system, and puts forward the necessity of establishing a new type of circulating structure distribution system. Based on OD （ origin - to - destination） flow and networknodes as the decision variables,the 0-1 mixed integer programming model is established, and the validity of the model is verified by a case study. At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure in China.
