摘　　要：运用问卷调査法、案例分析法,针对物流业个人信息易泄密的现状,从国家、经营者、个人和物流行业角度研究个人信息泄露的原因,给出国家加快立法、经营者承担法律责任、增加公益诉讼和物流业增强推动力的对策。研究结论,在物流环境中处理好国家、企业、行业和个人信息利用与保护的关系,对信息化社会的发展具有重要意义。Using questionnaire investigation,case analysis,it researched the cause of the personal information leakage from the perspective of the country,the operators personal and logistics industry in view of the situation of logistics information easy to leak.It gave countermeasures that countries speed up the legislation pperators bare legal responsibility,the public welfare lawsuit increased and logistics industry enhanced driving force.Research conclusion is of great significance to deal with relationship between utilization and protection of personal information.In the state,enterprises and industry logistics environment.It is of great significance to the development of information society.
